Lost Item

Have had glide V..00 equipped on force.  Rarely unequip it but have had several crashes. Upon logging in on that character on the 23rd the glide was not in inventory.  It has never been in common bank but only equipped on that character.  I do not have screenshots.

Character Slot#1: Precious

On June 23 approximately 7pm EST I logged on and noticed my glide diving V.00 was not in my inventory.  It is never stored in common bank. No idea what happened or why it vanished.  Also it was purchased through cyane with DTS.
