If anyone is interested in buying this or knows what it goes for hit me up. Right now I'm in need of pds, mind mag, mind mats, high techs 25+, and pretty much anything for a Fo. Kolective Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 Photon Crystals are used in the quests Black Paper Deal and Black Paper Deal 2 for completing the quest in order to acquire certain items that are easily found in that quest. They also are used in Claire's Deal to add hit to enemy part weapons. Generally, because adding hit requires on average 50-60 PCs, they are commonly traded at 5:1 PD (green names off) or 10:1 (green names on). Sadly, they aren't worth a whole lot individually, although you can get some okay weapons doing the Black Paper Deal quests found in Episode 4 solo mode.
