My Equips are all bugged, help me?

After I was disconnected from the game 2 times all my equips and items was turned into question marks? I don't know why it happened. Please help me get them back or try to fix my character. Thank you very much. My character name is dragon on slot 4

You will need a rollback to regain the items you had.

Please post the date, time of the bug and timezone you live in. And the time you want to rollback to.

Also, we'll need to know which slot, name of your character, and guildcard number.

Please note that once the rollback is done, any items or levels you gain before the rollback will be gone.
