Cant create Charecter name?

So i do all the stuff,

i.e pick a ranger, customize him, do all that.

then i press enter on charecter name...

and it won't let me enter a name!!!

I am on a HP laptop if that helps anybody.

The first is to open the executable pso, if you have WINXP operating system or less have to open the PSOBB.EXE or Online.exe. If you have WIN Vista operating system or later you have to run the VISTA.EXE Vonline.exe or both files are valid.

If after these steps have already been satisfied, you have to change the keyboard to the English language. More information in my signature.
