If they are locked then simply do the unlocked areas, do forest, then caves (after speaking to the principle), then mines (after speaking to the principle). Choko Posted September 27, 2009 Share Posted September 27, 2009 You don't even need to finish Dr. Osoto's Research. Just talk to Montague who is standing next to the warp to the principal's office with the arm in your inventory. If you still need to unlock areas, you need to do the government missions, which are given by Momoko in the principals office. Yes I did everything that Kireek's site said. Do Battle Training, Tehn Claiming Stake, Magnitude Metals, Caves, Secret Delivery, and Mines.
