sopthor83 Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 Why would the server icons Patch, log on and ship display as green when the laucher first comes up then turn red when I try to start playing still haven't been able to get on. Lee Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 (edited) the prob here is he's firewalled it seems, neither the launcher nor the client can reach the server. Don't forget, that online thing works on a port from the same dedicated as the server itself, so he could in theory be caught in an ip range block on the dedicated as well if it's not on his side. Anyway that explains why the website shows as green, because that is the websites connection to the server, the launcher checks your connection to the server. I turned off the fire wall and vp programs I uninstalled /installed direct x I should have just stuck with what I had it was working fine. Display settings 32 bit true color full hardware acceleration, resolution 1280x1084 ive also tried reverting to xp os amd Athlon II x 2 240 processor 280 ghz/ 64 bit op sys / 6 gb ram Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
