This is the order to make them: Mark III Use Kit of Mark III on a 'Mag' mag (the baby form, so from level 5 to 9). Master System Use Kit of Master Sytem on a level 50+ Mark III mag, on a character with level at least 20 ahead of the mag's level. Mega Drive / Genesis Use Kit of Genesis on a level 70+ Master System mag on a character with level at least 10 ahead of the mag's level. Sega Saturn Use Kit of Sega Saturn on a level 90+ Genesis mag on a character with level at least equal to the mag's level. Dreamcast Use Kit of Dreamcast on a level 101+ Sega Saturn mag on a character with level at least equal to the mag's level.
