I have a Sato on xBox that has those stats and I used Star Atomizer's to raise up everything else, think someone can manage? To make strikers unit as well you need a Garuda mag. And I know that barely ANYONE uses that Mag (Cell). I want that mag for personal reasons, and other reasons. But what are you hoping to get out of this?
