Ok, I was about to drop an L&K38 Combat for Oblivion to use and then I got disconnected right after I dropped it. I came back and checked my inventory to see if I still had it or if he got it and all of my inventory was ????. The first picture is a few seconds before getting disconnected and the second is right after logging on. This happened around 12:40 am est. not sure what the game clock said.

I know the first image doesn't show the inventory... but you can see that I have things like kapu kapu, standstill shield, cannon rouge, and electro frame equipped.

Well sense im the Server Maintenance guy if anyone has any kind of bug in the game just post it here and il get to work on it
Do you have any power to fix my problem? I'll give you the soul eater if I ever get to those quests, and if you didn't already get it since I saw you a few days ago.

I get disconnected immediately if I try to take anything from my common bank. If I may I'd like to just get it wiped, I only have 4 things in there anyway. Thank you

Still haven't been able to take a picture of the problem before it freezes. But instead, today I got a message after getting frozen stating: "The instruction at 0x007272a9 referenced memory at 0x00000012. The memory could not be read." Does anybody know what this jargon means? or if I could just fix it myself? Thanks.

Ok after hours of trying to re-download and reinstall, I finally figured out that my Error Code: 2 was popping up because AVG kept removing PsoBB application. It said that the application is infected with Win32/Heur, and had said this after every time I had reinstalled and re-downloaded. Does anybody know anything about AVG software and knows away to permanently ignore this without disabling the resident shield? or where I can find the PsoBB.exe without the "virus"? Thanks.

I have recently (02/13/11) been experiencing a problem with my inventory. It says that 26/30 is the maximum amount of space I have on my person. It will let me pick up items until I go past 26 items and then I get an error message saying my inventory is full and then disconnecting me (I have pictures if that helps), instead of hearing the sound of my inventory being full. I recently cleared my common bank of glitched items, and there were a few ??? items that I couldn't drop before getting disconnected. This may be the cause of the inventory problem, so I'm wondering if just my inventory can be wiped or reset?

Not sure if anybody fixed it, if so thanks. If not I think I solved the problem so never mind lol.

he means do you want him to wipe the common bank while it is empty, that way it would be started from scratch as if the bug never occured.

what i can do is to wipe your bank totally so you can start using it again.
tell me if you want that and leave the guildcard for it.
my common bank, or all the banks? I don't need all of my banks cleared and the common one is already cleared out. I was just curious to know if the problem still exists even if there are no items in the bank. But thank you larva.

Well im not sure some people have it so they cant access the bank at all which ive mostly seen. when people reported about the ???? item their always told to leave it be for a reason lol.
I couldn't access it either, but then I deposited a few mates and fluids and was able to get in to get stuff out. I never kept the ???? item either, I would either drop it right away or more than likely the game would crash and I wouldn't have it anymore when I returned... you're right though it was risky.

Hello everyone,
I recently experienced the same common bank bug that I think affects everyone sooner or later. For awhile I left it alone, and then one time I noticed that if I withdrew my items quick enough that I could get the ???? items out of my bank and inventory before crashing on me. Eventually I got everything out of my common bank, but what I wanted to know is: will the common bank still be bugged if I put things in it now that it is empty or is it safe to use without corrupting items... at least for a little while?

Firstly, I'd like to state for the record that I have read the "How to Report a Bug" topic, but I am missing some possibly vital information.
Time of incident: Ever since I started playing on Ultima last week

Problem / Details: I haven't tried it on Common bank, because I only found out what that was an hour ago, but this problem is for my Character Bank. I get disconnected whenever I put all of my meseta in the bank, I've noticed it happens after I've visited the shops, mainly the Armor shop but possibly the others too. I don't know the exact error I get, but it says something about "Data Synchronization with the Server", I interpret this as what I see and the server sees as my Meseta amount, are different.
My Solution so far: I've found if when I go to put my Meseta in the bank, if I put in all but 1000 in, I'm fine for the whole game with no disconnects, or if I put all my meseta in the bank when I first join and game and haven't bought / sold / or picked up meseta yet. I decided to do this after noticing that upon logging back in from a Bank disconnection, I'd have 1 Meseta in my inventory, and the rest successfully got deposited in the bank. So I guess I don't need to leave 1000 out, but I give myself a big safety net.
In conclusion, it's something to look in to in the future for the Ultima team, but for right now as long as I don't put all my Meseta in the bank after I buy / sell / pick up, then the game runs perfectly fine for me. And so far I haven't lost any items or meseta that I'm aware of, so it's not an urgent bug report. But if anyone else is having this problem, my solution may help.
