After I finish the setup for the launcher I get this error. I get the same message when I run an as administrator. This is what the progress bar looks like if it helps.

I can't log in, and I don't where to find what my in-game password or whatever account info i'm supposed to enter into the game, and if I did find it it doesn't work. help
