    Item Disappearance

    So a couple of days back I was playing in a room, everything is fine no problems. The next time I logged in, the Phoenix Claw which was in my inventory was gone. This also happened to happen in the same room as this guy who lost his Lame. I remember because he went ballistic about it.

    Anyway, it was only a Phoenix Claw so I didn't think much of it and didn't really care. NOW I have a bigger problem. I was just playing and I tried to deposit an item into my bank. I got an error and the game DCed me. When I logged back on half of the weapons in my inventory are gone. Spread Needle + 40, Frozen Shooter + 9, and Dual Bird + 2. None of them have any hit or any significant percentages or anything.

    I never bothered taking any pictures or anything, though I suppose I have several sources of less direct proof. My tradelist, here,

    lists my inventory and as you can see it hasn't been edited since yesterday. Plenty of people, including the 3 playing with me when I got DCed can vouch that I had these items. Lastly, I used donation tickets to get the shooter and spread needle to begin with, so I guess you could even ask Larva.

    Anyway, without screenshots and looking at the responses others without them have gotten for this problem, my hopes aren't very high actually. But if anything can be done then I'd REALLY appreciate it.

    I just wanted get the an opinion/some help from any of you guys who are experienced with playing high level rangers.

    I'm currently playing a RAmarl at lv99 and am working my way through ultimate mode in episode 1 and very hard 2 and 3. Recently my damage output has been terrible, I started noticing it in very hard mode but now in ultimate it's getting to a point where I'm almost useless to the rest of my team, who are at a similar level but are a hunter/ force they have better attack power and magic.

    Anyway getting more to the point. I've been using pretty much the same weapons since hard mode and I feel like that's probably the reason for my terrible damage. Basically all I have is a Varista and a Wals MK2. I've run into tons of hunter weapons and from what ive seen most ranger weapons have low propailities of showing up.

    I'm a purplenum and I just wanted to get some advice on the best places to get any better ranger weapons.

    Character Issue

    So I just experienced a major problem getting back on just as the servers were restarted just within the last 10-15 minutes.

    I was camping the log in and when the servers finally got back on and I was able to load my character I decided to go to the dressing room just for the fun of it. After I was done and it loaded me into the lobby I found that my character had been reset to level one basically as a brand new character, all the way from level 93. Before anyone says this I am 100 percent sure that I did NOT choose recreate character, I cant stress that enough.

    My character was in slot 1, the only slot I had anything in and my guild card number is 42013006.

    I'd appreciate some help if possible.
