My friend cannot connect to server getting error 908 he's pinged ultimapsobb.com successfully can connect and play on other servers such as Ephinea and I have even sent him a copy of my folder to root out potential file issues. He's turned off windows firewall and has no anti virus. He gets this just after the start menu. I have zero issues though. Says patch server connection failed. So it seems he may be blocked from that?

Had same issue, go into game folder and right click on psobb and set to compatibility windows 95.
