Well I can't get the files regardless, it keeps stopping the download of the 7z file.

I've recently downloaded both the installer and the updated launcher for UPSOBB, but I can't get the update via the launcher. I've also downloaded the update files from the downloads page but it was flagged as containing a virus or malware. So I'm uncertain if this is a fake error or what, I really would like to get back into this game cause it's been years[10 or so] since I last played PSO.
