    EDK Cheap and Endgame help for newer players

    I made a quick breakdown of cheap and higher end EDK (Dark Resistance) options here on Ultima for male and female. Hope it helps some folks Good luck! Make sure you farm at least one Ganondorf Shield in Triforce event.

    Ideas to improve the server - feel free to post!

    Legit ways to improve the server imo.

    -Ability to rejoin midquest... Yes I know this can in fact screw up sometimes, but getting disconnected for no apparent reason is horrible.

    -Daily login reward system, perhaps its just as simple as a random event weapon drop all year (obviously crap weapons would have a MUCH higher chance of being the reward), this would of course somehow have to be restricted to avoid multiple accounts etc.

    -Donation system for HH, perhaps you just got off work and missed HH however you don`t mind fronting 5 bucks USD (not donation tickets) (good for the server) to may it happen for 3 hours (Maybe limit this to one usable per 12 hours total server wide) and your name pops up as the BANNER!

    -More boss drops of different bosses, I personally miss the days of running all of Caves having a unique boss drop after running the whole thing on Ultimate would be great, every area with an actual unique drop outside of event (I know this requires work and a bit more thought but I think you guys get what I am saying)

    -Nerf DW combo unlock to 2X instead of 3X or drop the attack power. (This is self explanatory, it would instantly make other options viable, ie. R5 for pierce or BV, TJS becomes useful again etc. Without complete making DW useless.

    -Meseta Bot, make a meseta bot quest perhaps part of Lemons shop.

    -The Official Ultima Client including the item reader etc for ease of use for new people.

    -Serene Swan (Yes I said it) I still think this weapon should be handgun range, HUcasts can now basically out damage rangers from Rifle Range.... Thats just crazy and should be addressed, those that say otherwise are just enjoying the fact that HUcast is the Meta.

    -Evasion in EP2, Yes I understand that its not that bad when you are end game geared up, but for people just starting its horrendous. The fact that a 80 hit weapon ie. Frozen Shooter can miss a target point blank leading to death is crazyness....

    -ROCT rewards, Please remove PD from this..... Hell make the crap weapons replace it please.... Just the ability to know a weapon is going to be the reward would be fantastic, Add some more weapons to it or something.

    A maxed SN or AN will never outdamage a DM in the right hands due to its insane attack power and range. In fact I think Baranz Launcher is the closest competitor. However, a R5 can in fact outdamage a DM in a couple circumstances, Caves boss comes to mind and phase 1 Olga Flow due to its high ATP pierce and rifle animation speed.

    [Oh, and yeah, Outlaw Star sucks, It Is even weaker than the same Guilty Light, since It can't be grinded (has same Atp as Guilty Light and 8 points of ATA less, probably because special Is hell... or unreduced hell?), so Red Scorpio remains the stronger one amongs them four launchers.

    Yeah pierce is my point. The ability to hit all hit points in a straight line. People often overlook these easier to obtain options. Not many people have all 3 maxed to do a fair comparison so I took a couple minutes.

    Also, why not also Include Spread/Arrest Needle In the showcase? Sure, they are very short range, but the paralysis special, If given the right amount of Hit%, Is very useful to stop the ones In front from approaching and stopping the ones Incoming [with a standard error, that Is :onion-head70: ]

    Also, In the end, the DM Is better [duh xD], but not just because It goes far away hitting everything on Its path (and great damage), but also that The special retains Shot's angle... (What the actual fuuUUUUU-!? :cr-what:)

    [Oh, and also....... why VHard and not Ultimate? 😕 ] (Vhard, right?)

    Yeah so screw taking any effort to show anything.... People were discussing piercing weapons. Might help people have some hope while they await a rare PGF.... As such with your obvious butt hurtedness feel free to go out the same door you entered in. Arrest Needle while decent has crap range and doesn't pierce why would I show that?

    I made a crude video briefly showing the performance of Burning Visit, Rianov 5 and Dark Meteor in order to show PIERCE. I hope it shows that even without DM there are great options. Outlaw Star I personally do not like it enough to waste a Shard however I am sure it is decent as well and fell free to make a video of that being used to post here. Good luck.

    There are some other unintended exploits in PTS such as going through the last Ruin 1 room laser fences since the creator forgot to set a collision, and skipping Ruin 3 first room by abusing Multiplayer desynchro.

    You are correct. The amount of crap we do in quests that are second nature... The seabed drop downs etc. It's interesting because the only time I really notice it now is when I see my recordings after the fact lol.

    As a person that has seen many people struggle with mental health issues like PTSD BPD etc. I can tell you that even in your lowest of lows you can literally lie to yourself and say it's going to get better. Your life is not over until it's over find something you love and chase it. Your issues will always be there and that's OK, but never give up yourself you are still on the right side of the dirt. Good luck.
