Yes, the launcher is v1.5.1 and I have been updating it, but it still gives me the same error message. As for the file location, I don't know if I should keep the file in the path that it's in, or reinstall it on a different path... I have Trend Micro and I've been putting the files in the exception list every time I install the game. Sometimes it interrupts, but it's okay afterwards.

Hi! I'm not new to PSO (maybe) because I've played the game on the Nintendo Gamecube offline, but I have a major problem on the game on my PC. I've kept installing and uninstalling the game because on every update, the .dll file always keep getting an error. Here's the error message... Therefore, I couldn't play the game because of the psobb.dll has an error. If you have an idea to help me with this, let me know.
