Currently have the same issue, Thumb sticks aren't working, and the d-pad does nothing for the menu except select and cancel. I have no other controllers.

I just got my controller working, and I can configure everything fine, except for the menu D-Pad selection, and getting the Analogue Sticks to work at all. Any suggestions? Edit: What is Pad POV Axis? I think that has something to do with using the D-Pad to Select Menu items, which is a step in the right direction, still nothing on Analogue Sticks.
