Hmm, I tried talking to the three people, and when I created a party (I'm used to playing solo on the gamecube anyways) It didn't seem to let me actually get down to the planet's surface though, I'll follow your guide and see! Ah, yep that did it. Apparently, I actually created a "Guild" not a party last time, my mistake, thanks for the help!

As stupid as this sounds...I just got into the game, into the ship, and can't figure out how to get to the planet's surface to actually play!

I didn't think to add it to the exclusion list, I think this is only the 3rd game I've ever had to add XD Will try and update if it works. Adding to the Exclusion list did the trick, thank you so much Soly!!!!

Sorry, I don't know how to take a screenshot of my desktop on 7. Basically the menu that comes up when you click on the launcher, Play Game, Options, recheck server status, website and exit. THAT menu. I click play game, the mouse turns into a circle for a couple seconds, like its trying to access something, and then computer continues on like nothing happened, and the launcher closes out. I've been around computers a little bit before, I know what's happening. For whatever reason, the launcher is encountering an error when its trying to actually initialize the game itself, which is then terminating the whole process, problem is, I don't know why. I did install to my External Hard Drive, so that may be the case, am checking now. EDIT: Installing directly to the C drive didn't fix the issue, nor did running as an Admin.

So, first thing I checked was the FAQ, the actual menu pops up just fine,a nd then it crashes. FAQ said make sure to pick the right resolution. I did, however, even changing resolutions is not helping, the game still refuses to launch past that point, not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I've also tried windowed, not windowed, different settings....
