    My fomar uses a different mat/mag plan and it's one i prefer but its this one;

    mag is 0/170/30/0 (i think it can be 5/165/30/0 also, but you don't max POW if you're ok with that), mats are 2 power, 218 mind, 30 luck. needs an adept but maxes ATP, MST, LCK, and ATA. Red Ring or a costume is needed also. I use Godric's cloak sometimes or STA depending on where im going.
