@Soly Whenever I open the launcher, It downloads 200 files in about 2 seconds, but when I open 2 launchers, it does actually say "psobb.dll.patch is being used by another process" So theres that. But even if I launch the game it still doesn't work. The same DLL Error.

@Soly What? really? Weird. What can be messing with it? I run all the stuff as Admin, everything is allowed through my Firewall, What can be causing this? EDIT: I know you probably don't need it, but this is a screenshot of the error.

@SolyHey! Thanks for the reply! Sorry for the late one, I didn't try anything new for a while. I have my Antivirus' disabled, and I'm on Windows 8.1, it used to work, but when I reinstalled to play, it gives me that error now. What can I do? I tried deleting the dll so it reinstalls that file, and it does, but still gives me that error.

I try to launch PSOBB (Yes, it should be fully patched) after I reinstalled it, and installed all the patches, now its hiving me the error. How do I fix it?

I Would, But PSO Already has FANTASTIC Music, And they keep changing it. It isn't funny, I Know im able to make my own, Im not forced to have volume on, But i don't know why you insist on defending the decision of changing music for EVERYONE To some garbage, and think its funny.

Because PSO Has fantastic music, But they are ruining it with garbage. The GM's think its funny, When its seriously NOT. I Hope they stop that, and put EVERYTHING Back to normal.

@Soly OH Its working now! Apparently I didn't have the game running as admin, I am seriously retarded. The dll was still messed up, so I re-ran the launcher a few times and It fixed it! I am now able to play! Thank you for helping me!
