  1. Thank you for all the kind words. My only learning curve is going to be figuring out this economy. Hopefully it won't take too long lol. Just as a quick observation, it does not seem as insane as Schthacks. It definitely seems more player friendly (I hope at least hehe).

From what I heard one thing was easier to get on Scht than here: the PGF (plz correct me if I'm wrong, I didn't play on scht, what I heard is that PGF there could be gotten all year long, here it's only available on the Cristmas event)

  2. While I can't say anything for sure (I don't have any of those units), I can say this:

    - The +20 ATA from ADEPT is a GIGANTIC boost. Cent/Ability has +3 ATA and it's the ONLY stat without a material (though if you aren't a ranger You're likely to cap ATA fast, sooooooo yeah).

    - As others said ADEPT also increases resistances, while the boost might seem small (+6 all resistances) it's still better to have a 6 than 0 resistance.

    - 1 thing against ADEPT is that it takes 20k kills to unseal it from LIMITER. LIMITER does the opposite to ADEPT (Instead of adding stats it takes them away EDIT: Forgot, easy way to unseal is to spam PtS on Normal).

    - TP Cost Reduction = FOrce Heaven.

    - Every other stat has 10 added by ADEPT, while Cent/Ability adds 30.

    CONCLUSION:

    Choice is situational.

  3. Actually, one of the better ways to get to Olga Flow is to just do seabed, if you are good it's just as fast as RT if going solo, and a decent bit faster if with a good team. If it were in solo mode seabed would be ridiculously easy to plow through since enemies have less than half of the hp and stats they would in multimode and probably would be even faster with hell everything barely ever stopping, solo would be even faster than a team doing seabed or rt in multimode. Last year I hunted pgf by going seabed on yellow(dual log for switches and id, can do gov quest 8-3 for 1p switches and garaunteed specific map), mostly so I could get a lot of zanba and yas 7k on the way hoping for hit, I probably still have all 4 (2 patterns with 2 variations) of the maps memorized; the different maps also helped keep it more interesting than RT's lame single map.

RT is actually harder than doing seabed because of the bosses being slow and/or difficult with most weapons, in seabed you can get through it with easier to obtain gear, especially hell stuff. If you want to do really rewarding teamhunts it's actually possible to do runs on Olga in ROCT, a good team can take as little as 25 minutes (only slightly slower than rt or seabed runs) to get to him through tower and also reap the benefits of tower drops and the quest reward. RT will give you chances at all the other event boss drops too, but I don't really like RT much and didn't much care for those drops so I usually go for another just as good method that does get drops I want and isn't as boring. It's not a method for everyone but it is certainly possible to do olga in other ways. And as I said before, the buffs aren't just about abusing one player mode monsters being much much weaker than multiplayer mode, but also to encourage players to work together.

Alright, had no idea. Never tried going through seabed itself.

  4. So I had another, more plausible idea, and that is more enemy part weapons/equips! I think the biggest thing against it would be general interest since most of the existing enemy weapons aren't that great. But I always thought it was kind of lame we got three booma claws but nothing from the evil shark, vulmer or Dimenian/Arlan lines. I don't think there are any enemy parts from ep4 even. Imagine a launcher made from a Zu's head or something. You could even make a sort of monster hunter week event out of it and toss in some unique boss drops for people to farm up. Maybe an olga flow barrier and matching armor to complete the set, or if you wanted to go overboard you could make units or something that would let us dress up as some of the cooler monsters/bosses even.

Delsaber set is not too bad. doubled ATP from buster and EVP from shield if both equipped.

  5. The drops are the same. However, you can NOT farm gryphon in one player mode. He is specifically buffed so that players are unable to do so, you will always do 0 damage to him (olga flow is this way too). This is to both prevent abusing the much much much easier enemies in one player mode (they have less than half of the hp and stats of multimode enemies) and encouraging people to work together; pso is not a game meant to be played alone.

I understand why Gal Gryphon is made like that - OK, CCA is very short. But I doubt going in One Person mode against Olga Flow even WITHOUT the buff making the player do 0 dmg to him made any sense comparing to RT. The main difference when hunting between 4P and 1P mode are different quests. You aren't gonna run TTF, RT, PoD, PtS etc. in One Player mode. Gal makes sense because the most efficient way of farming him is just: pass CCA, kill. Repeat. and so on, however it isn't like that with Olga. In multiplayer mode you have the "Respective Tomorrow" quest, which saves your ass from going through the whole seabed! (as long as you have enough ATA/hell to get through dem Gees) Also the layout in RT NEVER CHANGES (!!!) making it memorizable. So buffing Olga in singleplayer mode is (at least IMHO) pointless.

    EDIT for answers:

I am a hunter and I have a question my main is a char called CrystalHu and Crystal21 P.S. I like the name crystal[emoji16][emoji16] but I would like to know does the game still have mag cells and where can I find good weapons for my class just recently the other day I realized that a friend gave me a double saber which steals TP and he also gave me good frames and swords but I want to get them on my own

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The thing that determines what You get is Your Section ID (that colored circle with different shapes inside it). I reccomend checking the droptable for this server (if You'd been using a web browser a "Drops chart" button would be visible close to the "Forum" button) but since You're using Tapatalk, I can't say for sure. (I don't use it myself) When You're on the droptable screen click the link with the correct ID on corrrect difficulty and Episode. Then check the table to which the script scrooled. That's all.

EDIT 2: Loks like I don't get one thing: How to copy a Quote to make it poper?

  6. Lol, dafuq.

The answer is no, and no. As chris pointed out, sometimes if you ask (kindly) we will join your room and drop some for you.

There is also a possibilty that GMs will join the room You're in for sorta no reason and leave "a few" stacks of Meseta in Pioneer 2. The chance is quite low, though, however the reward is astounding (was able to fill up my whole repository with Meseta on 3 chars as I had 3 and not 4 chars)

  7. Not that much. Imagine you got 5 % to have a rare, 50 % nothing, 30 % dimates, and 15 % other.

Then if the odds fall on 'other', an other random may occur, where you would have 1% to get a photon drop (it is only an example).

Otherwise I would say that a random random thing would be something like 1 / (100~1000) by example. So you got a first random (from 100 to 1000) setting the maximum of the second random test. That way, sometime it will be 1/100, others 1/500 or 1/1000 anyway.

Hem, that aside, what is the price of an heaven striker coat (the mag cell I think) please ?

And it would be good to have the average price of high level disks, photon crystal, and other items who cannot goes in generic category. Thank you all folks =)

I'm aware that it is possible to program more layers of RNG than one. Also Lv 30 disks are 1-3 PD I think, no idea about heaven striker coat tho...

  8. As cyanide said, Ladies by the counter in lobby enable you to:

    - make a new room

    - Join an existing room

    - Change ship (there is 1 xD)/block

When creating a room you have following options:

    - room name (type the room's desired name here)

    - room password (type the room's password if you want it to have it [optional] you can change the password later when you are room's leader by /setpass command)

    - episode (1, 2 or 4, duh[Ep3 is a different game for GameCube only involving TCG-like gameplay])

    - difficulty (do note that you need to be at correct level for different episodes/difficulties combinations)

    most important requirements are:

Normal Ep1: Lv 1 Required (In other words open from start)

    Hard Ep1: Lv 20 Required

Very Hard Ep1: Lv 50 Required

    Ultimate Ep1: Lv 90 Required

Ultimate Ep2: Lv 100 or 110 (Can't remember which, might be even Lv 105) Required

    Ultimate Ep4: Lv 120 Required

that's pretty much it for the lobby.

(the third option at counter enables you to create your own team, but there are plenty of them already)

  9. To clear it all up, I'm gonna write what exactly players have to do to unlock the possibility to change enemy parts to weapons:

Step 1. Government Missions up to 4-1 (Don't complete 4-1, Just have it unlocked)

Step 2. Complete first 3 Hunter Guild Missions. (Battle Training, Magnitude of Metal and Claiming a Stake)

Step 3. Complete Secret Delivery, then Doc's Secret Plan.

Step 4. Launch "Dr. Osto's Research" quest and talk to Dr. Montague with Enemy parts in inventory. (Dr. Montague is that yellow-purple FOnewm by Principal's portal in P2)

  10. Well, DON'T RUSH INTO ULTIMATE!!1!one Ult is dank severe and buffed so if there isn't an TTF/CCA/RT room with a Lv. 150-200 guy on it it's just not worth it, and be on VH for the time being. When I was Lv. 120 (20 lvls less than now, how convenient) I was merely able to do solo U Forest 1 by spamming the door trick. also when I was Lv. 90 Bartles had me on 8 hits.
