    It's possible to change names.. but that depends on larva.. he usually doesn't approve the name changes.. the ID's can be changed even without changing the name.

    What is the criteria for getting a name change approved? Or if its just an ID change, how do you request that? Does it cost anything?

    Would it be possible to have character name changes? For example, I made my first character here and leveled to 120 before I knew Ultima had its own unique drop tables. Now I wish I had a different section ID. I don't really like my characters name all that much anyway, I just used it because it worked for its current section ID. But I also really don't want to level him over again.

    Maybe charge like 5 or 10 dollars, or a certain number of photon drops and an admin can go into the server code and change your name/ID. If that's even possible, I don't know.

    Ok enough of that. I've been on the server for a few days now and figured I should formally introduce myself here.

    I used to play on the official sega servers on PC and gamecube. Didnt play online on Gamecube though. Was the leader of a fairly active team called RagolKnights. Played until the servers were shut down and never played again, until I found Ultima last week.

    My main back then was a HUcast, had all kinds of goodies on him, Excalibur, and some others that dont stand out in memory as much haha. Anyway, now I was going to level another HUcast with a friend to re-live the glory days but my friend isn't really playing much. So instead I leveled a FOnewm named Moses because I remember how much they destroy things at high level. Now thinking about leveling my HUcast without my friend. Snooze ya lose, right?

    Anyway, I'm still rusty and would appreciate any suggestions/advice!

    Hey, I don't see anything from your that I'm looking for, but I do have some things you may like:

    Thanks for the advice! Unfortunately I am an Oran so I'd have to find someone with a Pinkal ID to help me out with that.

    EDIT: Nevermind, came across a V801 in my travels.

    I am a 118 FOnewm. Section ID is Oran. I really want to hunt for Mother Garb+ and Psycho Wand. So I am looking for someone with a Pinkal. Purplenum or Whitil ID. In return for helping me, I offer my section ID in return, if you need anything from an Oran ID I'm happy to help. We can alternate games or however you want to do it.

    Looking for a solid team

    Hey all,

    I just found out about Ultima, and now I'm back in the saddle! I used to play PSO on the original sega servers for PC. Played a HUcast and was super geared, never hit 200 though :( Stalled out at about 187 if I remember correctly. Was on a team called RagolKnights. Any of you veterans remember? it was a pretty large team. Anyway, now I'm torn between playing as a HUcast again or playing my FOnewm. Either way, I'd like an active and fun/friendly guild to play with and talk to as I level.

    I'm open to suggestions, or direct encouragement from any team leaders/officers.
