  1. I just tested PSO with the 'walmart' patch, and had great results! I tested TTF, RT, and PoD. Completely playable everywhere, with only a few moments of laggy framerate- which is nothing compared to what it was before. I think I created the most lag by spamming techs, but now I can do so worry-free. I will continue testing the dell to see how much quality i can get, while maintaining the 50+fps.
  2. I have two different PSO machines... The first is a Macbook running bootcamp, the second is a dell latitude e6400. both using xp sp3. The problem is that my macbook runs pso much better than the dell, even though the specs say otherwise. Perhaps someone has some information that can help me use my dell, instead, as it should run pso better. Both cpus are running DirectX 9.0c, with latest drivers, and i've tested all forms of fog/resolution,frameskipping... with the mac outperforming the dell every time.Macbook = Intel GMA 950 945GM Dell = Intel GMA 4500 Mobile HD CanYouRunIt tests: mac- http://postimg.org/image/z509h8zx9/ dell- http://postimg.org/image/cjip54913/ My main pso machine is a macbook 1,1 (2006) with the following specs: ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 1/8/2015, 08:29:18 Machine name: VOYAGER Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp_sp3_qfe.090206-1316) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Apple Computer, Inc. I appreciate your time!
  3. just want to add a little something, here, considering i use bootcamp for pso... bootcamp is not an emulator. bootcamp allows you to partition your hard drive to install a windows OS. different from wine and other emulators, bootcamp allows for complete dedication of your hardware to your windows on your mac. I run windows xp with my macbook 1,1 (2006) and can run pso on very low settings 800x600 @ 60fps, unless four FOs are casting barta on a boss, at which point i get 30-40.
