My hot keys have been working fine for most of the day but now whenever I try to hit 1, 2, 3, etc. it just types out the numbers in the chat box. How do I fix this?

I've been trying to make an account and everytime, every name I use it says: Account was successfully created! Please save/write down following information on a safe place : and down below it says: Unable to add account into database. -------------------------- Something went wrong in the creation of your account. Please check above error(s) or contact the admins. Does someone know why it's doing this?
