^This or unlock L&K38 and make it useable by Fonewm/Fomar and Ramarl/Racassie as this kills two birds with one stone. A bit more weapon diversity wouldn't hurt ultima. I'd rather not see every class using PRs.

I thought Glide Divine V.00 dropped from Valentine Vol Opt.
That is correct, he probably mixed it up with Rico's Parasol (which drops from Gol Dragon during Valentines event).

I've tested it on my Foney (maxed MST, maxed techs). It's definitely not a joke boost, but it doesn't extend zalure anymore so the name is a bit misleading. Should be more like Summit Moon 2.0.

I have used both 3 stat PR and PR with Hit. For Rangers I'd recommand 3 stats - it's definitely worth sphering. For HUcast you could use one with hit, but that's up to you. No hit still works especially since you have Freeze Traps.
Stats wise, you should go for native/0/machine/dark in my opinion (that's what I'm using). Astark will go down in 1 combo even if not sphered. Maybe Mericus but PR aren't really the first choice of weapon against these anyway. Machine on the other hand has quite a few annoying high HP Monsters (Epsis, Sinows, Baranz).

Just saying but you can't compare a time of a Ranger to one with a Force.
Obviously it's almost always faster and easier with Rangers, especially in Ep1 & 2. That's why it makes sense to seperate the opening post into classes - like in the other Time Attack threads.-

^ Godrics Cloak is completely useless right now. Slicer of Vegance is fine, it has charge special, only the skin isn't working.

I don't really see the problem. They have different uses, so I'd always carry both with your FO.
SoF to hit groups of enemies. DMC isn't really going to be problem, since you're only using it to demon anway.
BR to hit one target, with rifle range (Zus, Gi Gues, Dorphons...).
However don't expect BR to be alot more accurate then SoF. For some single targets it's even better to rely on the SNS glitch with SoF – Delbiters or Ill Gills for example – then try to Demon with BR. You're not going to hit those even with 50 hit. To be honest Fomar misses so much, even with high hit, that I'd highly recommend another class anyway. Or hope for Godrics cloak to get fixed - it's not going to happen though because that would make too much sense.
Also yes, you can add hit% with PC to your BR.
