Anyone else feel like the spawn rates have dropped drastically? I did wrath of forrest twice, and only saw one hildeblue, and no rare rappies. I used to run that mission and get 8-9 of each. (based on the drop rates of power/mind mats) It seems like very-hard still has normal spawn rates, but normal seems to be really low. I know its not happy hours, but I never ran that mission on happy hours because they wouldn't drop what I needed. (due to the over-100% glitch)
Did the spawn rates change with the removal of the christmas event, or one of the server patches? Or am I just going crazy?
