I am sorry to hear about your inventory, but this should be easier to fix than the ????? bug; as a future thing always try to keep regular screenshots
Also were all the items not there in your bank? Like did you lose the items from your bank?As a side not there is a format that is followed when posting about these bugs and requesting a roll back (as taken from another thread).
which includes the time in gmt - 7 format, the date, full detail of the problem, screenshot of the problem (try taking one of your bank as well, if it has a problem).

I believe the handicap picture next to your name is to do with the team you are in; as to how to remove it, iirc on the counter there is an option for team, that in itself should allow you to leave = no more team sign, but you should discuss it with your leaders maybe they can change the photo?

If moving from one server onto here then it is possible but still safer to re-install.
If moving from here to another server it MIGHT be possible but safer just to do a full re-install.
All in all they both might be possible but a full re install is safer.
It might not be compatible with others as we modified some stuff in the data and exe with the new items etc.
Some servers also have item specific to their server along with quests.

Do you have admin rights on your pc? I also noticed you are using either Windows XP or the windows basic setup or are you running a mac and dualbooting?; regardless, If you have admin rights then it shouldn't be a problem.
One unconventional way of going about it is to perma-delete the pso files and try to uninstall from the add/remove programs (still has to be admin). There might be a file in the PSO preventing your computer from uninstalling it. If you failed to uninstall, with the deleted files, you could be able to re-install.
If you had pressed the uninstall button check your task manager on what the process actually is for the uninstalling sometimes it will fail if more than one instance of it is present and hasn't been terminated properly.
If it's the mac variety of cases, then I can not fully give an answer because I am noob at it lol.

Only confirmed drops until now are what were mentioned, no one found anything else, but then again most people are only hunting the mertilas. No one is really doing bosses, but the master sword MIGHT be a boss drop.

Do you have pictures of before it happened?
The bugs forum has a thread where you can link this topic to in attempts to get a roll back.
Just make sure the time is GMT -7, All the pictures you can find of BEFORE and AFTER (players are encouraged to have frequent screenies)

I will give you suggestion, why don't you get somebody you want to talk to in a room or another lobby, you can talk as much as you want and at the same time, no one will be there to say anything

I think there might be a problem with the cross over software itself; but I am not very knowledable on macs. Have you tried just the standard dual booting windows thingy?
Only person I know that uses Mac plays PSOBB on windows.

That tends to happen to me sometimes; but I remedied that by actually finding the online.exe file in the programs and running it as administrator.

This is a bug experienced by some players; a roll back will be needed but I think one of the Staff members said they were temporarily down? But regardless this link has the information needed and I believe you can post your dilemma under there provided you have completed the format they wanted it in.
