if you collect Photon Crystals, you can do Black Papers Deal (episode 4)

i think you can get slicer of fanatic from one of the routes on very hard mode, have a look at the drop tables here: http://www.phantasystaronline.net/quest_drops.php

it is a drop from the very hard Zu route (you kill 15 Zu's and win 3 Rares)
