I did, but it fail. And another problem after I choose a character the game crashed. Another PROBLEM.. T_T all is well, firewall and anti virus are turned off just before I downloaded the client. Does the crash thingy also happened to you?

I'm kinda new here. Haven't start playing neither.I want to play, Downloaded and patched everything but I'm stuck at this error. See it for your self. This is so annoying.
