I can't seem to remember my login credentials so I tried using the Account Recovery found here: https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/account-management/account-recovery/# when typing in my two emails I come up with no results. when typing in my username it says unable to send email at this time if the problem persists to contact a staff member. I haven't played in quite some time. I'm hoping my account didn't get deactivated.

I know my username but don't know the pass word to log into the game
