B Samurai Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 (edited) A friend of mine was in the process of downloading PSO, and then she got this message: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access this time." Could anyone please give me any insight on how to help her actually download the file?
