hey guys well the rollback 2 days ago messed up my account he was level 87 now he is level 19 and all of his good items are gone is there a way to get my items back and reset his level back to normal

hey guys i started playing this game awhile ago so i felt like playing again so i tried to login but it says server down for maintenance or connection lost so i thought it was just that account so i made a new one but it still doest work it said the servers are online but 1 players, so the question is, is the server down for maintenance? did they stop the game? or is it my computer messed up?
