No, I still can't log in. I'm not sure if this affects anything, but I made the account BEFORE I installed PSOBB. and it could be I wrote the password down wrong, in that case does anyone know how to reset the password?

That's exactly what I did.

so I just downloaded PSOBB earlier today and also installed the 2.7 patch and when I try to log in, it says I have a wrong username or password but when I registered the account, I wrote down the userID, password, and the long number (I think it said something about guild number or something) and I know that the login info is correct. does anyone have an idea of what I am doing wrong? it's probably something stupid. thanks in advance for any help
