Are there any guides to making a pure 195 Mind Mag? Struggling to figure it out, would a mag cell be mandatory for this?

 

Edit: Did more research and it looks like max Mind is 185 unless you use a cell(Kit of Mark 3) on a lv 5 mag, then you can get 195 Mind

Is one considered best? I had a Lavis Cannon and turned it into Lavis Blades. Around the server I see most people talking about Lavis Cannon. Should I find some more Synestras and change it back? Just want to make sure I'm not missing something here. Thank you in advance for any info. Noob to the PSO "end game", been playing casually on and off since the GC. Thank you!
