Seriously?! Are the Trimates supposed to disappear after Level 48 then?

Very strangely, when I ran out of monomates during a mission, they stopped appearing in the store and the same thing happened today when I ran out of trimates. Anyone know how to get them back? I'm really trying to beat this game before PSO2 comes out and I can't do it without healing items.
