So i've struggled to understand what i'm supposed to do to use my donation tickets, I was told that ive already got them and they're on my profile? 
Or that im supposed to go to a forum or something? I go to my profile and click the donations and I see how much ive donated, but no tickets?
Help me understand please , i'm just not getting it.

Issue resolved and I am now able to play, turned out that my anti virus was blocking the app from running.

Once my launcher is started, the game instantly closes out after the Sonic Team screen. Ive deleted the old launcher and re-downloaded it, not to sure what to do now.
