good night this afternoon when I was playing, I went to the bank to buy material, appeared an error message, relogin to the game, my items will disappear from the inventory, all without exception, I did not take the screenshot of error, the queries you re-inventory, appeared a new error message, so had to re-register this iten in my inventory ..... please help thank you in advance for ateção

boa noite, hoje a tarde quando estava jogando, fui ao banco comprar material, apareceu uma mensagem de erro, ao relogar no jogo, meus itens sumirao do inventario, todos sem exeção, nao tirei foto da tela de erro, ao consutar novamente o inventario, apareceu uma nova mensagem de erro, ao relogar so havia esse iten no meu inventario.....peço ajuda agradeço desde ja pela ateção
