never mind i figured it out, it is my connection, god my internet sucks at my house

when i try to log into the game it loads for a couple seconds, and says"this server is full please try reconnecting later, even though it is not, but the strange thing is when i go to the college in my area it works fine, could it be my connection in my house or something else, please help
