Is there any way to generate weapons in the game or do you have to grind for them? Like is the action replay bank mod available or anything like that?

I really wanted to play PSO with my friend so i found this (and it's incredible. I'm so glad.) But i was wondering if there was anyway to get the exp drop rates from 5 times normal to just what it normally is. Like is there a chat command that changes that or an option i couldn't find. I would love to have the original grind back not this boosted grind.
