You will need a rollback to regain the items you had.

Please post the date, time of the bug and timezone you live in. And the time you want to rollback to.

Also, we'll need to know which slot, name of your character, and guildcard number.

Please note that once the rollback is done, any items or levels you gain before the rollback will be gone.

Is there any way to tell when a rollback is done? I've been waiting for mine since July 7th.

I just checked it, and no it didn't.

All the info I gave is definitely my character, I thought four hours would be enough;

Can you try rolling it back 10 hours before my original post? That should be way over what is needed.

I realize I'm barging into another persons topic, but this same thing happened to me, and I still need a rollback as well.

My issues are in this post:

I was dropping items when mine went haywire, but I should be fine if my character was rolled back 4 hours before the original post in my topic.

Hi there, I was told I should post on the forums my issue.

I tried to drop five star atomizers and it gave me a connection with server message and kicked me out. When I logged back in, it listed all but two of my items as ????, the two items that were still there were two items my friend had given me just before I dropped the five star atomizers. I dropped one of my ???? items and picked it up again to see if it would respond at all, after that I logged out and back in, when I logged back in, all but one of my ???? items were gone.

My character is Ruan, ID number 42009741, it's the first slot in my chara screen, its a Purplenum.

If you can roll back my character 4 hours, I should have all the items except for the two items my friend gave me, but that's okay. It was only an Inferno Bazooka and a Trifluid.
