My friend and I are on a team but we cant get further in the caves. The doors are red and theres a red field around the teleport. Also where do we find the badges and anyone wanna join our team?

When I enter my username and click enter, it turns red and it wont allow me to enter the password.

I have registered an account online for a forum and gameplay but when i click on register user id on the start up menu, it will only let me enter my user id, i click enter then nothing else happens. I can't enter a password or anything. Please help.
