Sneakers

When I created an account on PSO Ultima, when making a name, I thought I had to name my character, so I gave it the name of a character, but found out that it was to name the account for the game. Is there any way I can rename the name I used to log into PSO Ultima? Or just delete the game account and just recreate it? Or even change my email I used for it and just make another one with the correct name? I'm not that far into the game, so would like to change the name I used to log into it. Thanks

I load the launcher and asks for UserID, so I use Sneakers, assuming it is the same as this site, and use the same password, but says Invalid login credentials. Do I have to create a UserID as well? I didnt see any option anwhere to do so. Need help logging into the game. Thanks
