Sign in to your administrator account

Open up Windows Defender, and go to settings.

Under exclusions, click "Add an exclusion"

Exclude your Ultima PSOBB folder. It's default location after installing it will be in your C: drive.

Now you should be able to use your launcher without being an administrator, but while you're in your admin account, you might as well try using the launcher, then launch the game.

 i had been hunting a spreadneedle for about an hour today and i have seen people get items restored and what not so i just wanted to see if its possible to get back the item that dropped in a wall i could not get.

So i got so frustrated trying to map a controller key to the keyboard i ended up ripping a controller apart and 'modding' my keyboard. LOL take a look

Yeah i just actually was reading the thread where you said that.  I need to gitgud @ forums lol..  i just plugged in a controller and i'm about to test. When i did press control all the spells would show up tho just would not let me cast them. 

It worked, Tyvm, this extra bar is for things i don't need so fast so i'll just set the controller down and hold the button when i use it, i got 1-12 on the mouse so this will be ez. TYVM again <3

Do the buttons control+1234567890 just not work or am i doing something wrong? i set it up in the client and all the spells are there but i can't tell if it's broken.

I found the work around for my problem actually lol.. I mean since its not really 'game breaking' i could just make the macros with the window very small... Tbh, i actually like it sometimes but don't always need it with 2 monitors. The work around is just to do the macros with the screen being small then restart the game and they work. Now i'm just curious as to whats going on. I guess a conflict with some windows feature. Tyvm

I was learning how to make a macro, to do noob hps, and the program i was learning(for some reason) HAS to use break lol. i guess theres no way to get it back to full screen. If there is though i would greatly appreciate it.

Does anyone know how to get the screen to go back to normal when u hit control+pause? When u do that, or when i do it, it makes the window really small and i have to restart PSO, is there a way to full screen PSO again after using control+Break?
