In my downloads folder is an application titled "Ultima_PsoBB" that I used to install it. It didn't make a shortcut :c

I have one but it's the old one filled with old unworking stuff c':

So the launcher I had became "old" and since I couldn't login I redownloaded it all. However now I cannot find the folder the new launcher is in. I installed it in so it for sure should be somewhere but all I see is a folder with "PsoBB","cPsOn", "cPsOw", and "PsOBw." All those applications won't actually load the game (It gets as far as the loading into the character selection screen). I'm so confused ;=; Please help!

When I open psobb, the launcher can't access the update thing and then when I load the game, all it does it download the patch over and over again. How do I fix this?
