hey i came back from a long brake i had to move my stuff i got a new laptop its new like new new from this  year new i dowload the game on this keeps crashing try everything and no fire wall its a window 10 i need help bc i want to start playing again ,,,

[my game crashes alot]

 there times where i play and it will crash on me its says suff like there was a error pso.exe has encountered a  problem and needs to close wC:\DOCUME~1\kiku\LOCALS~1\Temp\7dad_appcompat.txt    i tryed to redown load it still dose the same thing i lost my camara are i would of took a pic it only happen sometimes on ep 1 but alot more on ep 2
