Hi, what is the effect of heavenly/technique (increase all techs levels by 4) on a technique that is alreadly level 30 ? Does it do nothing or does it increase the technique to a hypothetical "level 34" ?

Description : Yesterday, I posted here because of 3 mags getting messed up stats. My problem has been solved by a GM during the night, but I just realised that 2 of the 3 mags are now... brown. They are brown, pink and brown (instead of cyan, pink and mint green).

I'm not sure if it's ok to ask for help only because of colors, but it really bothers me not to be able to succesfully raise any mag.

Description : I was feeding 3 mags in order to get Satos, I disconnected, and when I logged back all 3 of them had messed up stats. They are garudas 8/28/38/0, instead of 5/24/45/0 garudas, which is really annoying. I post here because it is not the first time it happens, I got a mag screwed up a few time ago, it turned into kaitabha with 6 defense...

May a GM help me ? Thanks in advance.
