Thanks everyone, i got in logging in, now however when i select my character and try to get in game i only hear the music and have a black screen. Any suggestions on that?

I keep getting that error in the title no903 and says the server may be under maintenence. I have done that tutorials I have seen posted here, but I think it is my IP address that needs to be allowed,what do I need to do?
