now the patching thing is fine, but error 5 even after putting it as an exception

no error code just doesnt launch.

so when will the launcher be able to recognize it, or even moreso how can i fix it?

each time i hit recheck server status and it says that they are offline, yet the launcher says there are 41 people online.
