Hi everyone, I've been a PSO player on and off for around ten years, starting briefly with the Dreamcast, I played religiously on Gamecube and more recently on another private BB server. However that server seems to be acting screwy and may be in the process of shutting down (the site doesn't show up anymore and presents a malware warning).
I decided to start looking for other private servers when I found Ultima and I just have a few questions before I start playing again.
1. Probably the most obvious, but can I carry over characters from another private server? I'm guessing no but it doesn't hurt to check I guess. Either way I'm fine making a new character.
2. What's the community like here. The server I used to play on had an incredibly friendly community, I was wondering if that's something I can expect on Ultima?
3. As I'll be making a new character, how willing are players to escort someone of a (much) lower level to participate in grind-fests and rare hunting?
4. How active is this community? Are there many frequent players, or is it mainly made up of drifters?
That's pretty much it. I apologise for bombarding people with questions in my first post, but I'm dying to get back into PSO and any help will be greatly appreciated.
