  1. didn't knew bleach already ended..

lol never thought that would happen lol

The truth is Bleach Episode 366 was the last episode created, the manga is still being produced, and we know for a fact the anime will be back since they left you hanging with so many un answered questions.

In the manga the next chapter takes place after the fullbringer arc, and its about the Quincy

  2. A short list of what I am watching that is ongoing......think my otaku side is showing enough...lol

(Could list more but have decided to keep this short)

(Sadly Bleach has come to an end, but the Manga is still being produced)

IN ORDER TO POST EACH SET OF CLIPS I HAVE TO POST THE ONE BY ONE...SORRY

  3. Does anybody have xbox live accounts here if you do please tell me your gamertag so I can add you my gamertag is DC Pinoy822

Which xbox are we talking about and for which games? (have both)

  4. you dont understand that you have no control over pso or xbox and you cant connect to pso without xbox live so you are a

simple machine that is an inclined plane wrapped in a spiral

"If you're joking, that's cruel; but if your being sarcastic, that's even worse."

I understand I have no control over Sega/M$ but I neither work for them or belong to them in any way which means PSOR is free to attempt any project they see fit. (but only if the fan support is their)

I'll just leave this at that and apologize on the spot for my actions and walk away.

thank you for taking the time to at least post in this topic...

  5. ok 1st of "kid" dont talk to me like im not a Xbox live gamer. you dont know who i am i been on the Xbox Live Community from DAY1. the PC gamer community can suck a fat one. and i went to that stupid forums and wow "your a admin" stop trying to advertise your shitty PSOR and your shitty kickstarter. like i said b4 microsoft isnt gonna let some random ppl bring back a server on there system. play the dam pc psobb and stfu. stop trying advertising PSOR and the forums your admin on.

    "NOT MY WORDS"

what are you talking about all those kickstarter where already established before they did kickstarter double fine established company shadowrun established series wasteland classic pc game that inspires the fallout series and made by Brian Fargo who created interplay which interplay made fallout

    "NOT MY WORDS"

    21e0wau.jpg

sega doesnt give 2 shits about PSO and nor does MS, with PSU and PSO2 comming PSOR isnt gonna happen so stfu

Your good at smear campigns i'll give ya that, but I'm not starting anything on here that will show bad conduct on my part.

Please stop referring to me as a kid since i'm 25, I feel as if you have no respect what so ever....or is that just me

I think I self explained this project pretty well, and its only about phantasy star online episode 1 and 2 for the original xbox...we are not talking about the other versions..

We are well aware Sega/M$ are not bringing this game back to xbox live, which is why PSOR is attempting to bring it back instead before launching on kickstarter..

Is it just be or does it feel like I have committed some chaotic crime that I'm not even aware of...

Support it, don't support it......not spamming the boards..................I wasn't talking down to you so why do you feel you can talk down to me..

I have nothing but respect for another PSO fan, and I would hope you would show me the same kind of respect in return

  6. all thos game were really huge and when you can play pso on the pc no1 wont care for a stupid xbox server.

and im sure xbox wont bring back live for one game cus then we would have stupid crap like a kickstart for halo2 xbox server. witch i bet has a better fan base then pso

Their is nothing wrong with that at all, kickstarter was built for funding small and big projects alike....be as bis as you want

Sega/M$ wont be bringing PSO back, however PSOR has plans to......

And those games on kickstarter were not huge at all at the start, your seeing the finished product as of now on each one of their pages (before they were not that detailed or planned out)

You should really take a look at that website, PSORs idea of bringing back PSO on the xbox is very doable. People will come back if it becomes backwards capable for the xbox 360 and its 90 million xbox live users...

I'm sorry did you forget to add that figure in or did you assume xbox live only had 2 million or less users...(90 million and growing)

Your pc community is dying where xboxs community on both systems has always grown in size......

Try and understand where PSOR is coming from, before you shoot down a good idea......but as I always say "To each their own"....food for thought

  7. ok im saying if sega did care they could "witch they dont" and no stupid kick starter gonna help

I beg to differ, the kickstarter project will help.......At least PSOR is doing something instead of just talking about it...

    ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THEN WORDS.....

Examples of small projects that went big, and they had their share of doubters:

  8. if they were to port it they could fix it you act like microsoft and sega are stupid it seems like you have no idea how a xbox360 works god dam dude.

"In computer science, porting is the process of adapting software so that an executable program can be created for a computing environment that is different from the one for which it was originally designed (e.g. different CPU, operating system, or third party library). The term is also used when software/hardware is changed to make them usable in different environments."

"Porting is also the term used when a video game designed to run on one platform, be it an arcade, video game console, or personal computer, is converted to run on a different platform. Earlier video game "ports" were often not true ports, but rather reworked versions of the games. However, more and more video games are now being developed using software that can output code for one or more consoles as well as for a PC without the need for actual porting. Many early ports suffered significant gameplay quality issues because the hardware of PCs and consoles differed so dramatically."

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porting

porting the game on the 360 isnt a problem. and you can use your old sega IDs and your old xbox gamertag

Their not going to port it, so another method needs to be taken.....that is what i was trying to tell you

  9. omg im done with this topic its stupid. just port the dam game on the XBLA and done why the fuk whould they have to make a shitty fake server if sega just can port the game to the 360. look up port cus it seems you dont understand the meaning

    WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???

    I know what porting is

PSO on the original xbox is not backwards compatible with the xbox360 (so yes a private server is now needed) - http://www.gamefaqs....wers?qid=124371

(PSO video game from the original xbox cannot play on the xbox 360 because it's not backwards capable)

  10. port the game to the "Xbox 360 live arcade" sega have done it with almost all the classic sonic games from Genesis - dreacast, sega is even porting some stupid HD jet grind radio on the arcade so why not PSO. also what is the point the game is old and die along time ago, it would be nice if it was on the xbox arcade.

or if sega is stupid and wants to lose more money they can make a new release copy of pso1 on the xbox360.

    http://geek.pikimal....-profit-losses/

PSO of the original Xbox is still very much alive thanks to the offline features still remaining, and is the same age as its GameCube counter part.

I doubt This game will ever have backwards capabilities on the xbox 360, but only time will tell.

PSOR is trying to save PSO, because they believe in supporting a cause that will make a difference....

How long will it be for PSO2 to last online before its time is cut, I see no offline features for it even mentioned....

If SCHTServ can have open servers for past PSO titles then I believe PSOR will make it as well......but they will need a bigger push to keep moving forward

    http://phantasystaro...e.4umotion.com/

  11. Hello , Welcome to the community. now let me express my point of view.

I have to admit im not a fan of Xbox but in the other hand im a big Old fan of PSO, and it would be very cool to have PSO in as many diferent

consoles as possible, but everything has a cost , to do this sega would have to reopen their servers to support this clients.

and to be honest we all know that sega don't care anymore about PSO. Beside i don't see why if you have a computer don't just play the BlueBurst version.

is free, and you already found a server and a great community here.

why wait to something happens "who knows when" and it wont ever happen in my opinion.

and if this topic is just based in the " IF " , then in my personla opinion i prefer thousand time the bluebusrt then Xbox

thank you for welcoming me :)

This actually is not a what if question, and no your right sega will not bring this title back, but PSOR will be.

PSOR will be posting a kickstarter project soon, and when the goal is met then the project will be underway when properly funded.

I refuse to play BB only because PSO was never meant to be played on the PC, and is a console born video game.. (poor excuse but its how I feel)

Check out the IGN blog on PSOR: http://www.ign.com/blogs/spade88/2012/05/28/phantasy-star-online-episode-1-and-2-xbox/

  12. i have nothing against it returning to xbox, but whats the point? i dont understand how you can say its worse on PC when its exactly the same as far as i can tell. i have had the DC,GC,xbox and PC versions and they were all pretty much the same, the only difference being the quests n stuff but that can be implemented in the PC version easily.

personally i prefer a controller for this game so right now i use my 360 controller to play but you can get original xbox controllers on usb if you want.

maybe i just didn't notice it so what does the old xbox version have that the PC version doesn't?

just want to say i love how passionate you seem about the game, it's good to see people still appreciate a masterpiece like PSO!

Thank you, yes I am very passionate about the xbox release :)

Apart from being the only console to have headset capabilities before the xbox360, the xbox version was the first MMORPG for the original xbox & was released before WOW.

Being the only version of PSO left which had headphone capabilities was rare, and PSU was a different game pretty much all together,

Its nostalgia to even talking about it, but it's hard to explain the difference in why it's better then the other versions...

Mostly it does not feel right that these other version still have online capabilities and have been left out of the online community :(

  13. still dont see the problem of just porting the dam game to XBLA

I'm not sure I follow when you say porting...?

PSO is not backwards capable on the xbox360, and on the original xbox the PSO does not have a system link like halo so you can't use XBConnect to play online through LAN connections.

  14. i am way to lazy to read all that, i did read some of it. i rather play my xbox over any pc game anyday and halo is the best game ever next to sonic and any castlevania. and i love playing online on the xbox. :3

This is the 1st IGN article (I took out one of the YouTube Clips so it could fit):

    images.jpg

On April 15, 2003 Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 and 2 was released for the original Xbox, but where is it now? On April 22nd, 2008 Sega pulled the plug on PSOs online community, but had originally planned for it to end on the 30th. Fans can be found now playing the PSU, GC, BB, DC, PSP, DS, and PSO2 beta release like nothing had happened. The veterans who played on the original Xbox have never forgotten, and the blow they received will forever remain in their minds as a terrible nightmare.

Over time fan based servers started to take root online, and the PSO community once again started to thrive or so they were lead to believe. Websites like SCHTServ were having problems attempting to create servers for the original xbox, and started to give up hope at a fast rate.

To much time had past within the PSO community, and not many followers wanted to continue the Xbox legacy. Xbox emulators started to become more popular, and hope for the return of PSO on the Xbox grew even more. Websites like XBConnect and Xlink Kai were able to access system link features to play on the original xbox, but sadly had difficulties with the PSO. Imagine the possibilities if PSO could be fixed with a simple adjustment or have the proper professionals take a look underneath the hood.

Sega has reveled to the public that they have no future plans in returning the Xbox servers back on, but their is an online movement called "PSOR" (Phantasy Star Online Resurrection) who are exploring all available options to bring back PSO. The path set ahead of them is very narrow, and with fans coming out of the wood work slowly they might get somewhere in time. However Sega & Microsoft neither endorse or facilitate PSOR, and are turning a blind eye like they always do. This can't be helped since PSO2 will be launching soon, and will be free to play online.

The future for PSO has already been picked up by PSOR, and a kickstarter project in the near future has been discussed. However this kickstarter project by PSOR will not continue if the fan support can't be met, and because this project is fan driven it becomes an all or nothing gamble.

  15. dude i hate pso so much and i rather play it on my xbox anyday, but the best they would do is put it on XBLA for the 360, microsoft arent gonna put the xbox live server up just for 1 game. and sega doesnt have much money to buy xbox into do it

Below this article is another article I'd like you to read:

Why I prefer local multiplayer, and playing cards at a table to playing ANY game online

    (March 4, 2012 by EvilZeroraven)

I enjoy online games to an extent so don't think i'm writing this to hate on the concept or the reality in this case. Online gaming is becoming the norm in games and while I like the option I dislike the fact that more and more games are removing local options. It's what games are having less and less of these days are options. Just five years or so ago almost every game with multiplayer offered splitscreen or same screen play and even on Xbox 360 every one of them had system link play. The fact that even system link is fading into history is a cause for concern IMO. Me and my brother still love to buy two copies of games so we can play in the same room but the fact that we have to make sure they have a damn system link option is just stupid...

Games right off the top of my head that I would still play to this day due to the local play options are as follows

    Phantasy Star Online (Gamecube)

    Mario Kart Games (Nintendo systems)

    Time Splitters 2 (Gamecube)

    Goldeneye (N64)

    ANY Halo game (Xbox systems)

    Star Wars Battlefront 1 & 2 (Xbox)

Like I said, off the top of my head those are some games i'd play at this very moment if anyone I know personally suggested them. What's going to happen to your future games such as Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Revelations? Or how about Battlefield Bad Company 1& 2 or Battlefield 3? Those games will literally die in due time when the servers are shut down and you'll likely NEVER get to play those games like you once did again. Sure, playing splitscreen can be an aggravating experience sometimes with screen lookers, smaller screens, and having to have multiple controllers but is it so bad having the option?

The Wii U could solve some of these issues with it's impressive tech allowing everyone their own screen. No one is positive how many controllers can be connected though so there's that or atleast I don't. The 3DS could even be used as a controller and stream the game onto it's screens as well. I'm not even sure I want a Wii U because the name is lame and I wasn't too fond of the Wii but the fact that it could single handily allow a "revolution" in local gaming has me intrigued. You could say that the PsVita and PS3 allow the same thing but it's a very pricey endeavor where as if we all bought Wii U's for instance we would all have our own controllers to take to friend's houses and game it up.

Most of the time when I play an online game I just hear douche bags blabbing about how some player sucks or how some guy is a (Enter Racial Slur here). It just gets tiring listening to these people. Sure I could mute them but sometimes you need to know what people are saying and may even need to communicate to have a good strategy. In a local game for instance with people around me no one would dare say any of the things you hear from random strangers online and if they did say something of the sort i'd personally punch them in the face or atleast verbally confront them face to face and not be some pussy behind a microphone.

People get this big headed ego when no one can confront them in person. I highly doubt any of these people who tell everyone dirty things, call girls sluts, or call people of a different color a racist word would EVER say that to these people's faces. It's just cowardly and one of my main reasons for not playing online in games unless i'm with friends. I just can't stand to hear these blabbing idiots go on and on. Sadly it's not only these "13" year olds people speak of as it's adults and older teenagers that do it as well and overall it's just sad....

The fact that most modern games won't even be complete in the future is sad. Why add all these multiplayers in games when they'll be down in the next ten years and I won't be able to even play a local match or even a bot match? That's why I love my older games and hate to get rid of them because I know I can always get alot of time out of those games with friends where as with games like Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, Battlefield games, and various other multiplayer heavy games they'll just be a dust of their former self. Who the HELL wants to play Battlefield 3's singleplayer only in ten years? I guess you could say that the companies could just "re-release" them in the future but that's bullshit because games like Phantasy Star Online on Gamecube live long and prosper because of a little thing called "Local Play"

    So F&%K Modern Multiplayer!

These are the reasons i'd rather play cards at a table instead of in an online game so to speak

  16. this is what i think.

pso1 was made to play on a pc its better with the hotbar for FOs to cast magic then having to use the shitty tech window, and cus pso sucks soo much ass and u cant add techs to weapons like PSU it will always suck to use a controller with a FO. and pso1 would do fine on the XBLA for "15$-1200MP" and it would could have all the stupid offline and online modes.

and PSO2 is sooo good it can stand up to almost all the action MMO out atm. the gameplay is nice, the graphics are the bomb, its free to play, and the way the game is it can be updated with new quest and all the good stuff with out a problem. pso1 was alive for a bit after it died in the USA so i dout pso2 will ever die. the pso2 beta was the best PC game i even played

and if they do put pso2 on the xbox360 or the "next gen" xbox it would live forever "look at psu"

just have all the fans of PSO1 send sega of japan mail about putting pso on xbla

sadly no one on this forums cares for what i have to say, so small font WFT

phantasy star episode 1 and 2 for the original xbox is by far 10 times better, and is still play offline even till this day.

Yes i also did beta for PSO2, and the customization is amazing....I could not deal with the Japanese since I missed the small english patch,

But I am not talking about PSO2 (which I have high hopes for)

Talking about phantasy star episode 1 and 2 for the original xbox, and bringing it back online.....

As a phantasy star episode 1 and 2 veteran I can tell you the game play by far was better then the GC/BB/DC release and the voice chat put it ahead of them w/ xbl help. (server was up more, and gameplay was at a record high)

You can cling onto your PC all you want, but you can never replace a video game console and its fan base community.

But I'm being a loose cannon right now which I apologize for, and I respect your opinion...

  17. at the most sega would just put PSO1 out on the XBLA , and i dont see that to happen anytime soon PSO2 coming soon i rather have that on my xbox360 then shitty pso1.

also pso1 will die soon :3 the PSO2 beta was soooooooo goood and its free to play and free download.

PSO episodes 1 and 2 was amazing, and the XBL feature made it more enjoyable. If it did come back it would not be through sega but instead a fan based community.

I'm all for PSO2, but it may be free to play but does it have an offline feature for when the plug gets pulled?

I'm not into handhelds like PS vita, and PSO sucks on PC plan and simple......PSO was a console born game not PC, and its followers aren't liking the no xbox polices w/ the new release.

A kickstarter project might be starting soon to fix the original xbox problem with PSO, and I hope it gets off the ground
