Hello all, Sorry to bother you but i have a friend who is in need of support.
He recently downloaded the installer, installed, patched and registered so that he could play. However, he cannot connect because every time he does it takes 10-15 minutes and then says the server is full before he can go into character selection.
His account works( he had me test it on my computer and i was able to get in), and he has another friend connect from his house, so it isnt anything wrong with lag or the router. He has also tried removing his pc's firewall and connecting with a different id on his computer, but still no luck.
He runs vista and hes using the right Exe, so can anyone tell me how we can fix this problem so he can play?
